The 3D pathways are fitted to an atlas brain (MNI152 2009c); the ocular-motor nuclei, PPRF and MLF have no open atlas and are placed by estimate. Each strand colour follows one field quadrant from eye to cortex, and a grey strand has been cut by the lesion.
